Shashi's low-fat Banana Bahar -- A cool dessert for hot summer days. |

Ingredients: |
- 1 cup plain skim milk yogurt
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- 1 ripe banana cut in thin slices
- A pinch of freshly grated nutmeg (optional)

Instructions:
- Stir yogurt in a bowl till it has a smooth consistency.
- Add sugar and cardamom and mix well.
- Add banana slices and mix gently.
- Refrigerate before serving.
